Til Ke Laddu
As winter approaches, sesame seeds help you stay warm from within by generating enough heat in the body.
You can consume sesame seeds in a variety of tasty ways since they are considered a warm food
It is very important to consume sesame seeds and to consume sweet sesame balls (til ke laddu) for their health.

4-Your blood pressure can be reduced by it.
5-Good for strong bones.
Til Ke Ladoo
Ingredient :
Sesame seed. 500 grams
Jaggery. 500 grams
Water. 3 tablespoons
Desi Ghee. 1 tbsp
Baking Soda. 1/4 teaspo
Method:
Thoroughly clean the sesame seeds and dry roast for 2 to 3 minutes. And take it out separately so it doesn't burn.
Cut the jaggery into small pieces and add 3 tablespoons of water and cook on low heat so that the jaggery melts. Cook it lightly, add desi ghee, and mix it then add baking soda. Then add sesame seeds and mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. And cool slightly. Make a suitable size laddu by wetting the hands lightly with water.
Remember that the mixture should be warm. Otherwise, the mixture will start to set and will not become laddu until it cools down.
