Ingredients:


Boiled chickpeas.      1and 1/2cup

Cucumber.                 1/2 cup

Carrot.                        1/2 cup

Tomatoes.                   ½ cup

Onion.                        1 tbsp

Boiled egg white.       1 tbsp

Orange                       ½ cup

Beetroot.                     2 tbsp

Green chili.                1 tsp

Fresh coriander.         1 tbsp

Salt.                            To taste

Black pepper.             1 tsp

Lemon juice.              2 tbsp

Sesame seeds.          1 tbsp


Method:


Mix all ingredients and garnish with sesame seeds.
