Chicken and Potato Cutlets
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken. 250 grams
Potatoes. 500 grams
Onions. 1 Medium
Fresh coriander. 2 tablespoons
Green chilli. 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted coriander. 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin. 1 teaspoon
Black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes. 1 teaspoon
Salt. to taste
Hot sauce. 1 teaspoon
Chapotly sauce. 1 teaspoon
Ketchup. 3 tablespoons
Bread Crumbs. 3 tablespoons
Eggs. 2
Oil. To fry
Method :
Boil the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and then shred
Peel and boil potatoes and add salt, chilli i flakes, black pepper, roasted coriander, roasted cumin, finely chopped onion, green coriander, green chillies, chili sauce, chapotle sauce, ketchup and bread crumbs. Make cutlets
Then dip in the eggs and shallow fry. Serve with ketchup
