Ingredients:
Boiled and shredded chicken. 100 grams
Stock. 3 cups
Soy Sauce. 3 tablespoons
Vinegar. 2 teaspoons
Chili Sauce. 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped cabbage.1/4 cup
Finely chopped carrots. 1/4 cup
Spring onions. 4 tablespoons
Capsicum. 2 tablespoons
Chicken cubes. 2
Egg white 1
Salt. to taste
White pepper. 1/2 teaspoon
Cornflour. 2 to 3 tbsp
Crushed pepper. 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
First, add salt and shredded chicken and vegetables to the stock. When the stock comes to a boil, mix the cornflour in the water and add it to the stock and keep stirring the spoon. Then add egg whites. Now add white pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar. The soup is ready. Sprinkle crushed pepper on top and serve hot
