Slushy plum
Ingredients:
Plum 250g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
White soda 1 cup
Ice 1/2 cup
Method:
Peel and deseed the plum. Then blend all ingredients and serve.
Chilli Milli Apricot
Ingredients:
Apricot 250g
Lemon drink powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Fresh red chili 1/4 tsp
Ice 1 cup
White soda 1 cup
Method :
Deseeded the apricot. Blend all ingredients and serve.
Keri Ka Sharbat
Ingredients:
Puree ingredients
Keri 1/2 kg
Water 2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin 1/4 tsp
Cook and blend it well.
Puree 3 tbsp
Ice cube as required
Mint leaves 1tsp
Roasted cumin 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Chill water as required
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a glass and serve.
