Coconut Tea Cake.
Ingredients:
Flour 125 grams
Butter. 125 grams
Castor Sugar. 125 grams
Eggs. 3
Baking powder. 1 teaspoon
Coconut. 1/3cup
Milk. 3 tablespoons
Vanilla Essence. 1 teaspoon
Coconut. 2 tablespoons
Method :
Sift the flour with baking powder.
Preheat the oven to 180.
Grease the baking pan.
Beat butter and caster sugar until creamy. Now beat three eggs one by one and add a tablespoon of flour. Add vanilla essence. Beat again. Now fold the flour slowly and add coconut and mix.
Pour the cake mixture into a greased pan and sprinkle coconut on top and bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
