Ingredients:
Milk. 2 kg
Ferni powder. 9 tablespoons
Balai. 1/2 cup
Cream. 2 tablespoons
Khoya. 2 tablespoons
Sugar. 3/4 cup
Almonds. 1/4 cup
Kyora Water. 1/2 teaspoon
Method :
Take one cup of milk out of two kilos of milk and add firni powder. Mix. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil and put it in the balai, then add firni mixture to the boiled milk and let it cook. When the firni starts to thicken add sugar and let it cook. When it thickens, add cream and khoya, mix and take off the stove. Add chopped almonds and mix with kyora water. Put in small pots, garnish with almonds and serve chilled.
