Ingredients:
Milk. 2 kg
Coconut milk Powder. 1 sash
Dry milk. 1/4 cup
Cream. 1/4 cup
Rice. 3/4 cup
Sugar . 1 cup
Crushed coconut. 1/2 cup
Method :
Soak the rice for 3 to 4 hours. Then strain it, take it out on a kitchen towel, dry it and crush it by hand. Bring the milk to a boil but take out 1/4 cup and set aside.
When the milk starts to boil, add rice and cook on low heat. When the rice is cooked and the pudding begins to thicken, add sugar and crushed coconut .
Mix coconut milk powder and dry milk in 1/4 cup of separated milk and mix in kheer. Add cream. It doesn't have to cook much anymore. Take off the pudding when it thickens. Garnish with coconut and serve chilled
