How to make chicken corn soup |easy and delicious ||cuisine collection

During the winter, soups are satisfying and filling and keep us warm. Cooking soup is very simple, so enjoy soups this winter.



Chicken corn soup

Stock ingredients:

Water 1 1/2 litter
Carrot 1/2
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves 2
Green chilies 2
Onion 1 small
Capsicum 2 tbsp
Chicken bones 200 g
Salt 1 tsp

Other Ingredients:

Corn 1/4 cup
Boiled chicken 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Corn flour
3 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Black pepper 1 tsp

Croton:

Bread slices  2
Oil for frying
Green chilies for serving

Method:

First of all, prepare the stock for soup.
Take 1 and 1/2 liter of water, bring it to a boil and add vegetables, chicken, and seasonings.
When vegetables and chicken is soft and tender, turn off the stove and strain the stock.
Take 1/4cup of corn add chicken stock and blend it roughly. Add corns boiled chicken salt to the stock. Then prepare slurry with corn flour and water, and add to the soup little by little. Add vinegar, soya sauce, and chili sauce, and mix. Then add egg and at last add black pepper powder. Soup is ready, serve with crotons and sauces.

Croton:

Cut the corner of the bread slices. Then cut it into cubes. Heat the oil and fry crotons until golden brown.
