Smoky flavour kheer khurma
Smok flavor is common in food. Cook directly on the coals or cover the pot with coals in the kitchen and smoke them, in both cases the taste of the food increases.

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/4cup
- Ghee 3tbsp
- Green Cardamom 2
- Saveyan 3 tbsp
- Milk. 1 and 1/2 liter
- Khoya/milk powder 1/4cup
- Sugar. 1 cup
- Dry Dates 6
- Coconut slices. 3 tbsp
- Raisins. 2 tbsp
- Almond 3-4 tbsp
- Kewra water 1/4 tsp
- Clay pot Small size
Method:
- Wash and soak rice for half an hour, then remove the water and put rice on a kitchen towel, and let it dry. Then grind it in powder form.
- Heat the clay pot.
- Heat the ghee and roast seviyan.
- Bring the milk to boil and add rice powder gradually. Cook on medium-low flame until thick. Then add seviyan, sugar, khoya, and dry nuts, and stir continuously.
- Put the hot clay pot in the kheer khurma carefully. Stir and cover for a while to absorb the smoky aroma and flavor.
- Tasty and unforgettable smoky flavor kheer khurma is ready.
