Vitamins are more abundant and cheaper in vegetables compared to fruits.

These amazing foods provide us with taste and palatability, increase appetite, and provide fiber, which assists in digestion and prevents constipation.



In addition, they neutralize the acids produced during the digestion of fats and pretentious foods.

Choosing vegetables is easy since all of them contain beneficial nutrients.

1-Give your kids the choice of which vegetables they want to eat.

2-Make simple salads for them to serve themselves.

3-To get kids to eat food, presentation is very important.


      


4-Using different colors on the plate will make the food look better.




Chatpaty karele 


Ingredients :


Karele  (bitter gourd) 1kg

Onion 1/2 kg

Oil 1/4 cup

Coriander seeds 1 tsp

Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Cumin 1 tsp

Button red chilli 7-8

Tomatoes 2 large

Chilli flakes 1 tbsp

Salt 1 tsp

Ginger garlic powder 1 tsp

Tamarind sauce 2 tbsp

Green chillies 4-5


Method :


Peel and deseeded karele ( bitter gourd ) then chop into small pieces.

Add salt and mix well . Let it rest for 30 minutes then squeeze .

Wash thoroughly 3 -4 times and squeeze.

In a pan heat cooking oil and fry karele  ( bitter gourd ) until golden brown and set a side.

Add onion in the same oil and fry until golden brown add tomatoes and cook until soft.

In a fry pan dry roast coriander seeds, sesame seeds, cumin and button red chilli.

Let it cool and grind it.

When tomatoes are soft add chilli flakes salt, ginger garlic powder, grind masala,and tamarind sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes .

Then add fried karele (bitter gourd ) and mix well .

Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes . Add green chillies mix and serve .
