Special Chicken Karahi 



What is karahi dish:


Karahi Curry gets its name from the tall, wok-Like Pot in which this dish is traditionally cooked.

In Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh karahis are called either Kadai Kerai or Kadais to allow shallow or deep Searing or slow cooking of curries.



Difference between karahi and curry :


Karahi is a deep round Pan resembling a wok and is occasionally made out of iron, rust like a wok in Indian and Pakistan cooking

 while the curry  is one of a group of dishes started from South Asian food

enhanced with flavored sauce.


              


Karahi taste? 


Garlic, ginger, and red chilies are among the main ingredients of the chicken Karahi masala (Sauce)

              

As well as the chilies, the dish also has a lot of warming flavors. No matter how hot it is, it doesn't have to. The stew you pick depends on your level of intensity.


Fast and quick making :


To make chicken Karahi, it needs to be very fast. It demonstrates how thoroughly the pan should be heaved. 

  

Add the chopped cilantro/coriander to the chicken Karachi when it's Practically ready, and julienne the ginger to taste as well.


Note:


1- The first step is to prepare It and serve it in the karahi

2- Avoid using onions. The traditional karahi is prepared with a fiery tomato sauce.

3-Use finely cut green chilies and fresh ginger.

4- Serve with naan or roti.



Special Chicken Karahi



Ingredients for marination:


Chicken.                      1/2kg

Salt                              to taste /1/2tsp

Black pepper.              1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder.           1/2 tsp

Chopped green chillies 1 tsp

Chopped onions.            1/2cup


Other ingredients :


Oil.                                      1 cup

Ginger garlic.                   1 tsp

Peeled tomatoes.            250 g

Water.                                1/ cup

Red chilli powder.            1 tsp

Chilli flakes.                     1 tsp

Black pepper.                  1/2 tsp

Roasted cumin.               1/2tsp

Roasted coriander.          1/2tsp

Yogurt.                              1/2cup

Salt.                                   To taste

Bay leaves.                      2

Butter.                               50 g

Green chilli.                     3 cut in length 

Roasted coriander.          1/2tsp 

Roasted cumin.               1/2tsp 

Lemon slices.                  2-3 

Lemon juice.                   1 tsp

Fresh coriander  lemon slice green chilli 

Ginger  for Garnish 


Method :


Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, red chilli powder, green chillies and onions for an hour. 

Heat the oil, add marinated chicken. Cook it on high flame until it changes its color. Add ginger garlic and saute.

Add peeled tomatoes and water. Cover until tomatoes become soft. Then mash the tomatoes. Add remaining spices red chilli powder, chilli flakes, black pepper, half cumin, half

Coriander. Mix and add Yogurt. Add salt carefully because salt is added in marination, bay leaves cover and let it cook. 

Add butter, green chillies, remaining cumin, coriander, lemon slice, lemon juice. Let it cook until oil separated. Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger, lemon slice and green chilli.
