Here is a recipe for delicious bread sandwiches.


Ingredients:


Bread slices.               4

Oil.                              2 tbsp

Onions.                          3 tbsp

garlic.                           1 tsp

Capsicum.                    3 tbsp

Cabbage.                      3 tbsp

Carrot.                           3 tbsp

Boiled Chicken.          1/4cup

all-purpose flour.        2 tbsp

Milk.                              1 cup

Salt.                               To taste

Black pepper.             1 tsp

Chilli flakes.              1 tsp

Mozzarella cheese.     1/2cup

Coleslaw.                      As required

Green sauce              as required

Cucumber.                    As required

Butter.                            4 tbsp


Coleslaw:


Mayonnaise.                  4 tbsp 

Chilli garlic sauce.        2 tbsp 

Carrot.                        3 tbsp 

Cabbage.                    3 tbsp 

Salt.                             1/4 tsp

Black pepper.                1/4 tsp 

       

Method:


Heat oil and fry onion and garlic  Then fry vegetables. Add all-purpose flour, saute and add milk gradually. Add spices and stir continuously until thick. Let it cool.

Take the bread slice, spread the prepared mixture, spread cheese on the slice, cover with another slice, spread butter on both sides, and grill till the cheese melts.

Place coleslaw on the bread and cover with another grilled slice.

Then flip the slice and spread green sauce, place cucumber, and cover with another grilled slice. Cut it and serve.
