Fruit Chaat

Using assorted fruits seasoned with cumin, chaat masala, and lemon juice, a simple fruit chaat is made


Chaat:


Chaat can be anything spicy and tangy. 

Fruit chaat consists of diced seasonal fruit combined with orange or lemon juice sugar and chaat masala. It is a delicious and refreshing, tangy, sweet, and spicy fruit salad that is eaten in Pakistan during Ramadan. 

Other traditional Ramadan foods include Pakora and Samosas are frequently fried, so fruit chaat acts as a palate cleanser and as refreshing sides. 

Fruits are also nutritionally important and provided by the fruit. 


What fruits can add to chaat:


Almost any fruit can be used to make a fruit chaat depending on what fruits are available in your country. The main fruits used in my fruit chaat are bananas, apples, guavas, and strawberries. 

What fruit to avoid in fruit chaat:


Although some people add them to chaat, they should not add fruits that are high in water, such as melon, and watermelon, since these fruits will make the chaat too watery. 

This recipe for fruit chaat is a refreshing and mouth-watering combination of fruit 🍑 and chaat masala. It is a perfect recipe or a delicious evening snack.

 Fruits do not turn brown when adding lemon juice 


Chana Fruit Chaat:


Ingredients :

Boiled chickpeas.                1 cup

Boiled potatoes.                  1/2 cup

Banana.                                 1/2 cup

Mumbai.                              1 cup

Guava.                                    1 cup

Melon.                                    1/2 cup

Apple.                                     1 cup

Strawberry.                            1/4 cup

Olives.                                     3 tbsp

Chaat masala.                       1 tsp

Sugar.                                      1 tsp

Lemon drink powder.          1 tbsp

Salt.                                         1/2 tsp

Lemon juice.                         1 tbsp


Method :


Take a bowl and add, boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes, banana, guava, melon, apple, strawberry, and Olives. Then add spices, Chatt masala, sugar, lemon drink powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix it well and transfer it to a serving bowl. Enjoy simple and delicious chana fruit chaat. 


Creamy fruit chaat:


Ingredients:


Mumbaiibi.                             1/2cup 

Banana.                                1/2 cup 

Apple.                                   1 cup 

Melon.                                  1/2 cup

Guava.                                  1 cup 

Strawberry.                          1/2 cup 

Cream.                                 3 tbsp 

Sugar.                                  1 tbsp

Chaat masala.                    1 tsp

Lemon juice.                      1 tbsp 

Salt.                                      1/4 tsp 

Dates.                                  2 tbsp

Raisin.                                  1 tbsp

Coconut flakes.                 2tbsp 

Almonds.                              2 tbsp


Method :


Take a bowl, add musubi, banana, apples, melon, guavas, strawberry, sweet cream, sugar, Chatt masala, lemon juice, salt and mix well. Transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with dates, raisins, coconut, and almonds. Serve it chilled.
