Fritters/pakoras:


There are various types of fried foods consisting of meat pieces, vegetables, fruits, and dough are called fritters. Fried cakes made from choux paste or a yeast dough are called plain fritters 

Another type involves bits of meat, seafood, vegetables, or fruit that are deep _friend coated in batter. 



Many cuisines use fritters. 

Fried foods can be found in many cuisines Indian or Pakistani Pakora is a deep-fried savory cake made up of bits of eggplant,

spinach, or other vegetables.


   



Sweetcakes of the first type of fritters are French beignet, Italianbingee, and Greek loukoumades.



Written recipe :


Instant noodles.                    1 packet

(Chicken Flavor)

Cabbage.                                1 cup

Onion.                                     1 Medium

Chopped Green Chili          1 tsp

Fresh coriander.                   2 tbsp

Carrot.                                    2 tbsp

Spring onion.                        1/2 cup

Mint.                                       2 tbsp

Capsicum.                            1/4 cup

Red chili powder.               1 tbsp

Chilli flakes.                         1 tsp

Chaat masala.                     1/2 tsp

Black pepper.                      1/2 tsp

Roasted cumin.                  1 tsp

Roasted coriander.            1 tsp

Salt.                                       To Taste

Tastemaker.                       1 packet

Flour.                                     1/2 cup

Gram flour.                           1 and 1/2cup

Saved water.                        As required


Method :


Boil instant noodles and strain. Save the water. 

In a bowl mix Cabbage, onion, green chilies, mint leaves, carrot, spring onions, fresh coriander capsicum, noodles, red chili powder chaat masala, chili flakes, black pepper, roasted cumin, roasted coriander seeds, salt, and tastemaker. Mix all ingredients well.

Add all-purpose flour and gram flour gradually and mix well. Add saved water gradually and mix

Until a thick batter is formed.

In wok heat oil and fry noodles pakora on medium

flame until golden brown.

Serve with ketchup and green chili sauce
