Green chatney :


        

In Pakistani cuisine, green chatney is one of the healthiest and is often served with snacks, sandwiches and chatts. 

It enhances the flavor, aroma and nutrition of any dish. 


Green chatney has an absolutely incredible aroma that enhances the taste and flavour of any snack. 

This classic chatney will enhance the flavour of mutton Pulao, shami kabab. 

Pakistani barbeque dishes are incomplete without green chatney. 

All kinds of fritters (pakoras) are Accompaniment to this chatney. 


Tamarind chatney /Imli ki chatney :


Tamarind chatney is also known as imli ki khatti methi chatney. It is another famous chatney for it taste and aroma. Imli ki chatney has an incredible aroma that enhances the taste and flavour of any snack. 


Tamarind chatney :


Tamarind /imli.                         250 g

Hot water.                                  1 cup

Roasted cumin.                        1 tbsp

Chilli flakes.                               1/2 tsp

Sugar.                                     3/4 cup 

Salt.                                        1/2 tsp 


Soak tamarind /imli in hot water for 2 hours. 

Then remove seeds and separate pulp. 

Take tamarind pulp, roasted cumin, chilli flakes, 

sugar and salt. 

Cook until thick. Tasty khatti methi imli ki chatni is ready. Use in chana Chatt, fruit chatt, dahi Pulki Chatt and dahi bary. 


Green chatney :


Mint.                             2 bunches

Fresh coriander.        1 bunch 

Green chilli.                 10 - 12

Chilli flakes.                1/2tsp 

Lemon juice.              2 tbsp 

Roasted cumin.         1 tbsp

Salt.                              1/2tsp 

Water.                          2 tbsp 


Blend all the ingredients well.
