Chocolate cupcakes


Ingredients :


All purpose flour.               210 g

Cocoa powder.                     40 g

Baking powder.                    10 g

Baking soda.                           5 g

Salt.                                           3 g

White sugar.                       100 g

Brown sugar.                        65 g

Fresh milk.                          240 ml

Egg                                      1 Medium (50g)

Soften butter.                    113 g


Method :


Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.

Mix milk, egg, butter and vanilla essence.

Then mix dry ingredients with milk mixture until smooth batter is ready.

Line the cupcakes tray with cup cakes liners.

Drop one scoop of batter into the cupcakes liner, one by one.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for 15_18 minutes. Then cool completely and serve.
