Omelette is made by frying beaten eggs in oil or butter.
There are a lot of variations of omelet because it is eaten all over the world.
Due to its worldwide consumption, the omelet is made in a variety of ways. Vegetables, leafy greens, mushrooms, herbs, garlic, and spice powder are used.
It is mostly eaten with toasted bread. In most Asian countries omelet is eaten with roti or parathas.
Here is a super easy, delicious omelet recipe.
Ingredients :
Eggs. 4
Chopped onions. 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum. 2 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes. 2 tbsp
Salt. To taste
Black pepper. 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes. 1 tsp
Oregano. 1 pinch
Mozzarella cheese. 3 tbsp
Black Olives. 2 tbsp
Oregano. 1 pinch
Chilli flakes. 1/2 tsp
Oil. 2 tbsp
Method:
Take four eggs in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes. Then add chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. Save 1 tsp for topping. Whisk it well. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour egg mixture into a pan and cook for a while on low flame. Then add tomatoes, capsicum, onions, cheese, Olives, Oregano, and chili flakes. Then cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
Serve it hot and enjoy.
