Camel meat /importance of meat
As well as being great sources of protein, meat and poultry also provide a lot of other nutrients such as iodine, iron vitamins, especially B12,and essential fatty
acids. This means it's a good idea to eat meat and poultry every week as part of a balanced diet.
Due to its low-fat content, camel meat is a good diet food or slimming food, since it is less damaging to the heart than other red meats.
Camel meat seekh kabab:
Ingredients:
Camel mince. 500 grams
Salt. To taste
Red chilli powder. 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes. 1 teaspoon
All spice powder. 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder. 1 teaspoon
Chatt masala. 1 teaspoon
Ketchup. 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Onion. 1 Medium
Green chilli. 2 - 3
Green cardamom. 1
Cumin seed. 1 teaspoon
Oil. 2 teaspoons
Bread Crumbs. 2 teaspoons
Methods:
Dry roast the green cardamom and cumin and grind in fine powder.
Chop the onion and green chilli.
Chop all ingredients in a chopper until well combined.
Adjust kabab on skewers using water in palm and fry on a griddle.
Heat the coal and put it on foil paper. Drop the oil and cover with a lid to smoke kabab.
