Sooji kay Cutlets
Ingredients:
Onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Carrots finely chopped. 2 tablespoons
Cabbage finely chopped. 2 tablespoons
Fresh coriander. 1 tablespoon
Green chilli. 2
Chilli flakes. 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder. 1 pinch
Oregano. 1 pinch
Paprika. 1/2 teaspoon
Salt. 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard powder. 1/4 teaspoon
Black paper. 2 pinch
Mix Herb. 1 pinch
Chicken cubes. 1
Steamed chicken 1/4 cup (optional)
Suji. 1 cup
Water. 1/4 cup
Breadcrumbs. as required
Egg. Half
Water / milk. 3 tablespoons
Oil. 1 tablespoon
Oil. For frying
Method :
Lightly fry the finely chopped onion in oil.
Then add the vegetables one by one and fry.
Then addall the spices like salt, chili flakes, paprika, mustard powder, oregano, mix herb.
Add pepper, chicken cubes, garlic powder, mix and then add water.
When the water is hot and close to boiling, add the semolina little by little and shake it so that no lumps form in it.
When the semolina is cooked and gathered into a round ball, take it off the stove and cool it slightly and knead it by hand.
Finely chop green coriander and green chillies and mix to make cutlets of the same size.
Put milk in the egg and beat well. Put the crumbs to a plate.
Dip the cutlets in the egg first, then roll in the crumbs , fry in a little oil and serve with ketchup.
