Easy Chocolate Mousse
Mousse is a fancy, elegant dessert that is very tasty and impressive.
There are so many different kinds of mousse but this is simple, easy, and based on a few ingredients.
This is versatile, super delicious, easy to make, and does not require any cooking or baking.
The mousse gives a light and rich texture with firm peaks of whipping cream. The cream must be chilled before whipping.
Traditionally the mousse recipe requires the use of gelatin but this recipe is gelatin-free and the mousse turns out fluffy and light.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.
Ingredients:
Sweetened Whipping cream. 1cup
Egg white. 2
Chocolate sauce. ½ cup
Method:
1- Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
2-Whip heavy sweating cream until stiff peaks form.
3- Mix chocolate sauce gently in cream.
4- Fold egg white gently.
