Chicken Steak is a popular restaurant dish. It isn't a home originated. It is early 20th century product which is originated in Texas
Any part of meat can be cooked for chicken Steak but mostly boneless or breast is better. It can be sliced thinly.

Steak is served with satay and juicy vegetables seasoned with pepper and salt,salad, grilled vegetables. Its taste and aroma is wonderful. It is juicy and tender and may be your daily menu.

Tips for best steak:
Hammer the meat:
Use meat hammer to make thin slices. A thin piece will cook quickly.
Coating :
We can coat with flour, corn flour. Press in flour to coat well.
Bake or frying:
You can shallow fry in small quantity of oil
Or bake on 200 c°.
Gravy or sauce:
Chicken Steak is served with creamy sauce, made by flour, milk, cream, salt, pepper and cheese.

Ingredients :
- chicken fillet. 2
- Black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt. to taste
- Mustard powder. 1/2 teaspoon
Mushroom Sauce Ingredients:
- Butter. 1 tablespoon
- Flour. 1 tablespoon
- Milk. 1 cup
- Mushrooms. 1/4 cup
- Onion chopped. 1 tablespoon
- Salt. 1/4 teaspoon
- Mustard powder. 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2teaspoon
- Garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese . 2 tablespoons
Stir Fry Vegetable:
- Capsicum. 1 tablespoon
- Onion slices. 1 tablespoon
- Carrots. 2 tablespoons
- Cabbage . 1 tablespoon
- Butter. 1 teaspoon
- Salt. 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon
Method :
- Hammer the chicken fillet. Then marinate with salt, pepper and mustard powder and leave for an hour.
- Grill for three minutes on one side and three minutes on the other side.
- Heat the butter for the mushroom sauce, lightly fry the onion and mushrooms, add flour and fry. When it starts to smell, add milk little by little and shake it with a whisk. Add salt, pepper, mustard powder, garlic powder and cheddar cheese and mix. When it becomes a little thick, take it off the stove.
- Cut the vegetables into julienne shapes and lightly fry in butter. Add salt and pepper, mix and serve with steak.
