Qeema and Vegetables Macaroni
Ingredients:
Qeema. 1/2 kg
Macroni. 400grams
Cabbage. 1 cup
Carrots. 1/2 cup
Capsicum. 1/2 cup
Onions. 2 Medium
Green chilli. 4 to 5
Garlic. 2 teaspoons
Salt. to taste
Black pepper. 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes. 1 tablespoon
Chicken cubes. 2
Oil. 6 tablespoons
Hot sauce. 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce. 3 tablespoons
Method :
Boil the macaroni pasta with salt and oil
Chop an onion and fry in oil. When light brown, add a tablespoon of garlic add 3 chopped green chillies, add qeema and cook at high heat. When the water is dry, add salt, pepper, chili flakes, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cover and cook over low heat.
Heat oil in a separate pot, add chop onion and saute . Then add a tablespoon of the remaining garlic. Then add all the vegetables and cook on high heat and add salt, pepper, one tablespoon of the remaining hot sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, crushed chicken cubes. Mix and add chop green chillies
When the qeema/mince is cooked, mix macaroni pasta and vegetables in it. And serve
Note: You can add more or less spices according to your taste
