Mango Ice-cream
Ingredients:
Milk. 1kg
Sugar . 2 tablespoons
Condensed milk. 1/2 cup
Mango puree. 300 grams
Whipping cream. 300 grams
Mango Essence. 2 drops
Food color. 2 to 3 drops
Method :
Boil the milk and add sugar and cook on low heat till 1 cup is left. Then add condensed milk and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the stove and let cool.
Whip the cream.
Add the mango puree to the milk mixture and mix
Then mix essence and color in it
Now mix this mixture in cream and beat.
Now put in an airtight box and freeze for 2 hours
Remove after 2 hours, beat and freeze again.
Repeat this process once more and then freeze for 8 hours to enjoy the delicious mango ice-cream
