Fruit Pavlova
Ingredients:
Egg whites. 3
Icing sugar. 150 grams
Cream of Tartar. 1/8 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence. 1 teaspoon
Whipping cream. As required
Fruit cocktail. One tin
Strawberry syrup. As required
Method :
Beat the egg whites. Add icing sugar little by little and beat to make stiff peaks.
Now add vanilla essence and cream of tartar and beat.
Now take it out on the cake board and shape it like a cake. And equalize from side to side.
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius and bake for an hour.
Cool and apply cream on it. Decorate with strawberry syrup on the side and garnish with fruit in the middle.
Note:
Place it in an airtight box after cooling.
Decorate when serving.
