Chicken And Mashroom Quiche
Ingredients:
Butter. 58 grams
Flour. 90 grams
Salt. 1/4 teaspoon
Egg-yolk. 1/2 / 1tbsp
Water. 1 to 2 tablespoons
Method :
Mix the dough ingredients and roll lightly. Don't rub it too much.
Now spread the dough in an 8-inch pan so that the base and sides are covered.
Prick the dough with fork
Bake the dough in the same way at 180 centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes.
Filling Ingredients :
Chicken. 75 grams
Salt. to taste
Eggs. 1 and a half
Oil. 1/2 tablespoon
Black paper. 1/4 teaspoon
Cheddar cheese . 50 grams
Mushrooms. 1/2 cup
Cream. 75 grams
Green chilli . 1
Garlic. 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger. 1/2 teaspoon
Method :
Saute the chicken in oil. Then put mushrooms in it.
Grind garlic, ginger and green chillies and add to chicken. Then add pepper and salt, mix cover and cook.
Mix the cream and eggs well with the whisk until smooth.
Cool the and put the cheddar thing on it. Then add the chicken mixture. Then add the cream mixture.
Now bake the Quiche again at 180 centigrade for 20 to 25 minutes.
Note:
Mix the dough (short crust pastry) lightly. It does not knead like flour. Otherwise your pastry will be like rubber.
Adjust Salt, pepper to taste.
