Shahi Dahi Pulki
Ingredients:
Basin bondi. 1 cup
Boiled potatoes. 1/2 cup
tomato. 1 Medium
Onions. 1 small
Green coriander. 3 tablespoons
Mint. 3 tablespoons
Green chilli. 2
Yogurt. 1/2kg
Dry milk. 3 tablespoons
Dry coriander. 1 teaspoon
Cumin. 1 teaspoon
Dry red chilli. 1
Black pepper corn. 1/4 teaspoon
Salt. to taste
Chatt masala. 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar. 1 tablespoon
Almonds. 3 tablespoons
raisin. 2 tablespoons
Cream. 2 tablespoons
Papri. As required
Method :
Soak the basinbondi.
Boil the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Chop onion, tomato, green chilli, green coriander and mint.
Dry fry coriander, black pepper, white cumin and red pepper and grind finely. Then mix in the licking spices, salt, and sugar. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Mix dry milk and cream in yogurt.
Now mix all the ingredients one by one in the curd and serve with papri
