Moong Daal kay Pakoray
Ingredients:
Dal Mong. 250 grams
gram flour. 3 to 4 tablespoons
Finely chopped onion. 2 Medium
Finely chopped potatoes. 2 large
Green chilli. 4 to 5
Green coriander. 4 tablespoons
Mint. 4 tablespoons
Chilli flakes . 1 tablespoon
Salt. to taste
Dried coriander. 1 teaspoon
cumin. 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda. 1 pinch
Ginger. 1/2 teaspoon
Oil. For frying
Method :
Soak the lentils for 3 to 4 hours. Then add a little water and blend with green chillies and ginger.
Finely chop all the vegetables and mix in the lentil paste.
Then add dried coriander and cumin. Add salt and chilli flakes and mix well.
If the lentil mixture seems to flow a little, add the basin as required.
Add baking soda while frying and beat well and fry daal fritters in hot oil.
Serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
