Chicken Masala Roast
Ingredients:
Chicken. 6 pieces, 1 and 1/2 kg
Potatoes. 250 grams
Green chilli . 5 to 6
Onions. 2 Medium
Tomato 2 Medium
Yogurt. 2 tablespoons
Tikka Masala . 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes. 1 teaspoon
Salt. to taste
Black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Ginger Paste. 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder. 1 teaspoon
All spice powder. 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice. 2 tablespoons
Oil. 4 tablespoons
Method :
Make 6 pieces of a chicken and make a slit on it.
Mix all the spices well in the yogurt. Then put it on the chicken and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Peel and cut potatoes in pieces .
Cut the tomatoes into four parts.
Cut the onion into rings.
Cut the green chillies too.
If you want, add vegetables and mix with chicken. Or if you want to put it in chunks, cook the chicken halfway and then add the vegetables.
Put oil in a pan and heat it slightly, cover it with chicken and vegetables and keep it on medium heat.
Turn the chicken sides over after 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, increase the heat and let the water dry. Then enjoy it.
