Chicken Haleem
Ingredients:
porridge. 1 cup
Split white lentil . 1/2 cup
Split gram lentil . 1 cup
Split orange lentils. 1/2 cup
Split yellow lentil. 1/2 cup
Rice. 1/4 cup
Ingredients of Chicken Curry:
Chicken. 1 kg
Salt. to taste
Turmeric. 1/2 teaspoon
Oil. 1 cup
All spices mix. 1 tablespoon
Red chili. 2 tablespoons
Garlic Ginger. 2 tablespoons
Crushed coriander. 1 tablespoon
Yogurt. 1/2 cup
Tarka Ingredients:
Oil. 4 tablespoons
Onions. 1 Medium
Whole red chill . 10 to 12
cumin. 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Julien Ginger. As required
Decoration Ingredients
Green coriander. As required
Green peppers. As required
Julien Ginger. As required
Brown onion. As required
Lemon slices. As required
Method :
Soak all the pulses overnight and then boil and blend.
Heat oil and lightly fry the hot spices. Then fry the garlic and ginger.
Now add salt, pepper, turmeric and fry. Then fry the chicken in it. At the same time, add yoghurt little by little and fry.
When the chicken is cooked , take it out separately and shered it.
Put blended pulses in spices and cook. Then put chicken in it and cook.
Then fry in the oil by adding the ingredients of tarka.
Garnish with green chillies, ginger, lemon slices, brown onions.
