Vegetable and instant noodles samosa

Ingredients:
Onions. 2 tablespoons
Carrots. 2 cups
Cabbage. 2 cups
Capsicum. 1/2 cup
Fresh coriander. 2 tablespoons
Green chilli . 1 tablespoon
Instant noodles. 3 packets
Salt. to taste
Chilli flakes. 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce. 2 tablespoons
Chili sauce. 2 tablespoons
Oil. 2 tablespoons
Flour. 1/2 cup
Water. As required
Samosa strip. As required
Oil. For frying
Method :
Simple boil the noodles without the spice mix.
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in oil.
Finely chop the carrots, capsicum, cabbage. And combine with onions.
Then mix salt, pepper, spices and sauces and cook on high heat and then turn off the stove.
Cool the mixture and add finely chopped green coriander and green chillies. Then mix the noodles.
Mix flour and water.
Separate the samosa strip. Then fold in 1 tablespoon of vegetable mixture and seal with flour paste. Fill all the samosas and deep fry in the same way.
