Ingredients:
Gram lentils. 250 grams
Potatoes. 125 grams
Salt. to taste
Chicken cubes. 1
Button red chilli. 8 to 10
Kebab masala. 2 tablespoons
Yogurt. 2 tablespoons
All spice powder. 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper. 1/2tsp
Roasted cumin seeds. 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice. 2 tablespoons
Onions. 1 Medium
Green chilli. 3 to 4
Fresh coriander. 3 tablespoons
Mint. 3 tablespoons
Egg. 1
Milk. 2 tablespoons
Oil. For frying
Method :
Wash and soak the lentils then add salt, red chilli, kebab masala and chicken cubes and bring to a boil.
Peel the potatoes add salt and boil.
Finely chop onion, green coriander, mint, green chillies
Strain the yogurt water.
Mash the boiled potatoes. And grind the lentils too.
In an open pan, add potatoes, lentils, yogurt, all spice powder, cumin, black pepper, lemon juice, finely chopped onion, green coriander, mint, green pepper and mix.
Now make kebabs of the same size.
Stir in the egg milk and dip in the kebab eggs and fry.
Serve with yogurt sauce
