Spaghetti with Spicy Red Sauce
Ingredients:
Spaghetti. 1 packet
Salt. 1 tablespoon
Oil. 1 tablespoon
Carrots. 1 cup
Capsicum. 1 cup
Cabbage. 1 cup
Onions. 1 Medium
Green onions. 1 cup
Garlic. 1 tablespoon
Green chilli paste. 1 tablespoon
Oil. 4 tablespoons
Salt. to taste
Soy sauce. 3 tablespoons
Chili sauce. 3 tablespoons
Vinegar. 2 tablespoons
Sauce Ingredients:
Garlic. 1 teaspoon
Onions. 1 teaspoon
Oil. 1 teaspoon
Ketchup. 1/2 cup
Chilli Garlic Sauce. 1/2 cup
Chili sauce. 2 tablespoons
Chilli Flax. 1 teaspoon
Salt. 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken powder. 1 teaspoon
Mix Herb. 1/4 teaspoon
Water. 1 cup
Corn flour 3 to 4 tablespoons
Method :
Boil water. Mix salt and oil in boiling water then add spaghetti and boil for 6 minutes. Then remove from stove and put under cold water and apply oil.
Cut capsicum, Cabbage, carrots and green onions into julienne shapes.
Cut the onion into slices.
Finely chop the garlic.
Lightly fry the onion in oil.
Then add garlic and fry until fragrant.
Put all the vegetables and cook on high heat.
Add salt, green pepper paste, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce.
Mix on high heat and take off from the stove.
Sauce Recipe:
Finely chop garlic and onion in oil.
Then add salt, chili flakes, chicken powder.
Add ketchup, chili garlic sauce, chili sauce and mix.
Add a cup of water and cook till the rawness disappears.
Mix corn flour in a little water and add. When the sauce thickens, add the mixed herb and mix well
