Till ky Laddo
Ingredients:
Seasame seed . 250 grams
Jaggery. 250 grams
Water. 3 tablespoons
Desi Ghee. 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda. 1/4 teaspoon
Method :
Thoroughly clean the sesame seeds and dry roast for 2 to 3 minutes. And take it out separately so it doesn't burn.
Cut the jaggery into small pieces and add 3 tablespoons of water and cook on low heat so that the jaggery melts. Cook it lightly, add desi ghee and mix it then add baking soda. Then add sesame seeds and mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. And cool slightly. Make a suitable size luddu by wetting the hands lightly with water.
Remember that the mixture should be warm. Otherwise the mixture will start to set and will not become luddu until it cools down.
