DELICIOUS CARROT HALWA RECIPIE

CARROT HALWA

Ingredients:

    • Carrots.                              5 kg 
    • Milk.                                  1 kg 
    • Malai .                              2 cups 
    • Dry milk.                          1/2 kg 
    • Sugar.                              1 and 1/2 cup / According to taste                                        
    • Desi ghee                        1/2 kg 
    • Cardamom powder.       1 tablespoon 
    • Almonds Pistachios.     1/2 cup

Method :

  1. Peel carrots and grate.
  2. Then put the milk on the stove to boil. 
  3. When it boils, add grated carrots and let it cook.
  4. When the milk is dry, add 1 and 1/2 cups of (malai) and cook on high heat, stirring constantly.
    Mix the remaining 1/2 cup of malai with dry milk  and cook in a separate pan . Keep stirring well. Add a tablespoon of ghee if needed.
  5. When it comes in the shape of a loaf and leaves the pan together, take it off the stove.
  6.  On the other hand, when the malai is cooked, add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Add ghee and fry well.
  7. Then add the cooked dry milk (khoya) and half almonds and pistachios and turn off the stove and cover.

 Serving: 

After five minutes, put in the dish, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve hot.
