Chicken Tikka Karahi
Ingredients:
Chicken. 750 grams
Oil. 1 cup
Garlic Ginger Paste. 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice. 4 tablespoons
Red chilli powder. 1 teaspoon
Yogurt. 1/2 cup
Green chilli paste. 2 tablespoons
All spice powder. 1 teaspoon
green peppers. 7 to 8
Yellow colour. 1/2 teaspoon
Tikka masala . 1 tablespoon
Karahi masala. 1 tablespoon
Salt. If required
Green coriander, green chill As required
Lemon slices. As required
Julian cut ginger. As required
Method :
Cut the chicken and marinate it with garlic ginger paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice, red chilli, Tikka masala , yogurt and then fry on high heat.
Then add garlic ginger, green chilli paste, green chillies in the same oil and cover. When the chicken is tender, slow the flame and remove the extra oil.
Then add karahi masala and mix. Sprinkle with pepper, green coriander, ginger, lemon slices, and 2 tablespoons yogurt. And cover. After 5 minutes, remove from the heat dish out and garnish with coriander, ginger, lemon slices, green chillies.
