Fried Fish Finger
Ingredients:
Boneless fish. 1 kg
Mustard powder. 1 tablespoon
Salt. 1/4 teaspoon
White pepper. 1 teaspoon
Black paper. 1 teaspoon
Baking powder. 1 teaspoon level
Vinegar. 3 tablespoons
Cornflour . 4 tablespoons
Plain Flour. 4 tablespoons
White sesame. 2 tablespoons
Bread crumb. As required
cold water. 2 cups
Fries. As required
Oil. For frying
Method :
Cut the fish in the shape of fingers. And marinate it with salt, pepper, white pepper and mustard powder. Vinegar add at the end. And dust the flour on the fish. Do not add too much flour otherwise it will not be a better stick. Heat the oil fast otherwise the fish will absorb the oil.
Make a batter with flour, corn flour, baking powder and cold water. Better not to be too thick nor flowing.
Mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds in separate plate.
After dusting the flour, shake the fish lightly so that the extra flour comes off, then dip it in the batter and hold it from a corner and shake it lightly to remove the extra batter and roll in bread crumbs and sesame seeds and put it in hot oil and fry it.
Serve with hot chips / fries
