Mooli Bhary Parathy
Ingredients:
Radish 1 kg
Onions. 1 Medium
Salt. to taste
Chilli flakes. 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder. 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted coriander. 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin. 1 teaspoon
Chatt masala . 1 teaspoon
Green coriander. 4 tablespoons
Mint. 4 tablespoons
Green peppers. 2 to 3
Oil. As needed
Ingredients:
Wheat flour 3 cups
Flour. 1 cup
Salt. 1/2 teaspoon
Water. To knead
Method :
Wash and grate the radish and squeeze well. Otherwise the spice with radish water will flow.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in 1 tablespoon of oil. Then add chilli flakes, red chilli powder and salt and fry and cool and mix the rest of the ingredients.
Knead the dough ingredients together and cover.
Make small dough balls. Must be of the same size. Take two of balls and roll. Place the prepared radish mixture on one chapati and cover with another chapati. Fry the bread with ghee or oil and serve hot.
