Hassal Back Potato.
Ingredients:
Potatoes. 4 Medium
Hot water. As required
Salt. to taste
Black paper. 1/2 teaspoon
Butter. 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon
Chatt masala . 1 teaspoon
Method :
Soak the potatoes, including the peels, in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not boil them.
Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder well in butter.
In 20 minutes, the potatoes will soften a little. Now cut them finely and apply the butter mixture inside the cut well with a brush and place it in a baking tray, sprinkle with Chatt masala and bake at 180 for 15 minutes.
You can also sprinkle Chatt masala after baking. Serve with the sauce of your choice.
