Chicken Wings With Siracha Sauce.
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings. 1/2 kg
Cornflour. 1 tablespoon
Flour. 1 tablespoon
Egg. Half
Salt. to taste
Black paper. 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper. 1/2 teaspoon
Oil. For frying
Sauce Ingredients:
Garlic. 1/2 teaspoon
Oil. 1 teaspoon
Salt. 1/4 teaspoon
Black paper. 1/4 teaspoon
White pepper. 1/4 teaspoon
Siracha. 3 tablespoons
Chili sauce. 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce. 1 tablespoon
Vinegar. 1 teaspoon
Brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Garlic Sauce. 3 tablespoons
For serving:
Rice noodles. 1/2 pack
Finely chopped carrots. 3 tablespoons
Finely chopped cabbage. 3 tablespoons
Green onion (green part). 2 tablespoons
Garlic. 1 teaspoon
Salt. to taste
Black paper. 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken powder. 1 teaspoon
Oil. 1 tablespoon
Hot water. As required
Method:
Marinate the chicken wings with salt, pepper, egg, cornflour and flour and leave for an hour. Then deep fry.
In a separate bowl, lightly fry the garlic in oil and add the sauces . When it becomes slightly thick, take it off the stove.
Soak the rice noodles in hot water. Do not boil them on the stove.
For noodles, fry garlic in oil in a pot and cook finely chopped carrots, cabbage on high heat and add salt, pepper, chicken powder and mix. Finally add green onions and fold the noodles.
If desired, toss the wings in the sauce and serve or set aside and serve with noodles.
