Carrot Mousse
Ingredients:
Gelatin. 2 tablespoons
Water. 1/4 cup
Eggs. 2
Sugar . 4 tablespoons
Water. 1/4 cup
Carrots. 250 grams
Whipped Cream. 1 cup
Sprinkle. For Garnish
Method :
Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
Separate the egg whites and beat until stiff.
Wash and peel the carrots and cut into small pieces. Make puree by blanch.
Beat the cream until soft peak
Make sugar and water syrup. When it thickens,add to the egg whites little by little and then add gelatin. Then mix the cream in it and finally add the carrot puree. Fold all the ingredients lightly by hand and pour into cups and garnish with sprinkles. Serve chilled.
