Taah Wali Biryan
Ingredients:
Rice. One kilo
Chicken 1 kg
Whole spices. 1 tablespoon
Salt. 2 tablespoons
Yogurt. 1 cup
tomato. 4 large
Onions. 2 large
Garlic. 1 tablespoon
Ginger. 1 tablespoon
Green chilli paste. 1 tablespoon
Salt. to taste
Red chilli . 2 tablespoons
Turmeric. 1/2 teaspoon
Biryani masala . 3 tablespoons
Yellow food colour 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon. 2
Green coriander. Half punch
Mint. Half bunch
Green chilli . 4 to 5
Oil. 1 cup
Method :
Wash and soak the rice and boil with whole spices and salt.
Finely slice two large onions and brown in oil. Chop brown onion and add in yogurt and mix. Now mix red chilli, garlic, ginger, green chilli paste, salt, turmeric and biryani masala and put chicken in it.
Finely chop green coriander, mint. Cut the lemons into rounds. Tomatoes also cut into rounds.
Take out a cup of boiled rice and mix it with yellow food color.
Heat oil in an open pan and add chicken seasoning and half a tomato. Let the chicken cook until the chicken is fried and the water is dry. Then cover it with two glasses of water. Let the chicken soften well and left some gravy.
Now take out half the chicken and spread half the boiled rice on the remaining chicken. Then mix tomatoes, lemon slices, coriander, mint in half
Spread out. Now put the chicken that was taken out and spread the remaining half of the rice on it as well as the mixed rice. Add coriander, mint, tomato, lemon slices and green chillies and cover and cook on low heat for ten minutes. Chatpati layered biryani is ready. Serve hot
