Fried fish
Ingredients for Marination :
Fish fillet. 1 kg
Eggs. 2
Lemon juice. 4 tablespoons
Vinegar. 4 tablespoons
gram flour. 6 tablespoons level
Salt. 1 and 1/4 teaspoon
Crushed red chilli . 1/2 teaspoon
cumin. 1 tablespoon
Turmeric. 1/2 teaspoon
Chatt masala . 3/4 teaspoon
Garlic paste. 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste. 1 tablespoon
Other ingredients:
Bread Crumbs . As needed
Seasame seed. 2 tablespoons
Oil. For frying
Method :
Cut the fish fillet into cubes and marinate with the marinade ingredients and keep in the refrigerator for three hours.
Mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds in a plate.
Coat the fish with crumbs and deep fry .
