Turmeric. 1 tablespoon
Ingredients of chicken marinade:
Chicken pieces. 1 kg
Melted butter. 2 tablespoons
Mandi spices. 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice. 2 tablespoons
Salt. According to taste
Red colour. Pinch
Garlic Ginger Paste. 1 tablespoon
Chopped red pepper.1 tablespoon
Mandi Rice:
Olive oil. 1/2 cup
Chopped onions. 2 Medium
Garlic Ginger Paste. 1 tablespoon
Green chilli. 2 to 3
Salt. According to taste
Mandi spices. 2 tablespoons
cumin. 1 tablespoon
Rice. 1kg
Method :
Roast the spice ingredients over medium heat. Then turn off the stove, add turmeric mix and grind.
Cut the chicken into large pieces and marinate with butter, mandi spices, lemon juice, salt, garlic ginger paste, red color, Crushed red pepper and keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 and bake the marinated chicken for 30 minutes.
Put oil in the pan and fry the onion then fry the garlic ginger paste and chopped green chilli . Then add salt, cumin and Mandi masala.
Add water according to the rice. When the water starts to boil, add the soaked rice. And when the water is dry, put the chicken pieces on the rice and steam.
