Cake Triffle
Ingredients:
Custard powder. 1 sash
Milk. 1 kg
Sugar. 1/2 cup
Cream. 1/2cup
Jelly green and red. 2 packets
Vanilla pound cake. As needed
Method :
Mix the jelly in a separate bowl, one cup of warm water and set aside. And cut into cubes when set.
Cut the cake in small pieces .
Take out a little milk. Add sugar to the milk and boil it. Mix the custard in the milk that we separated and make a thick custard by adding it to the sugared milk while stirring constantly. Then cool and mix the cream.
Put a little custard in the serving dish first and put the cake pieces on top of it. Then layer the cake. and jelly one by one.
Layer in the same way again, garnish with jelly, place cake crumbs on top and serve chilled.
