Matka Kulfi
Ingredients:
Milk. 2 cups
Bread slices. 4
Sugar. 1/4 cup
Condensed milk . 3 tablespoons
Khoya . 3 tablespoons
Almonds. 2 tablespoons
Pistachio. 2 tablespoons
Kyora Water. 1/4 teaspoon
Method
Put the milk to boil.
Cut the corner of the bread slice. Then cut into small pieces. And grind it to make crumbs .
When the milk starts to boil, slow down the stove and add sugar, condensed milk and khoya and mix.
Now add chopped or ground almonds and pistachios.
Then add the breadcrumbs, mix and cook a little more, until everything is uniform.
Turn off the stove, add a kyora water and shake to bring the mixture to room temperature.
Now put it in small clay pots, cover it with foil and keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
